CD/Digital - When you buy our CDROMs you receive PowerPoint shows with optimized images so they look crisp and load fast. Color handouts are in PDF so you can print from the source.

Print - You receive high-quality pages from our 600 dpi digital laser printers so you can make copies from originals. Our print-on-demand strategy guarantees that you receive up to the minute information (and if something ever needs changing we gladly do it upon request). All of our books that lay flat while copying. Paper is 24 pound weight laser paper.

If you purchase a product from our store and are unhappy, return it to us in new saleable condition within 45 days for a refund of the purchase price (downloads and shipped products included) or store credit for exchange - your choice. We will issue a credit using your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.

  • All items purchased receive unlimited updates via download. If you require changes we are happy to do them – just ask.
  • If you need to combine 2 shows (such as shopping and recipe modification) for one presentation, just let us know and we often provide 2 shows or a bundle of materials for a discount.
  • If you want us to add content to an item you already purchased we do that, too. We are happy to help you tweak items to fit your audience or to format a handout you have created to match the ones you purchased. Just ask!

Prompt Turnaround

Orders received by phone, e-mail or fax before 12 noon EST M-F are usually shipped the same day. Continental U.S. orders are sent via UPS ground with tracking confirmation. International and Alaska/Hawaii orders are sent USPS.
