Bugs Bunny's Smoothie

Carrots add a real nutritional punch to this drink. Try this smoothie and you'll be amazed at just how tasty healthful cooking can be!

1 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup orange juice with calcium
1/4 cup cooked carrots (can be frozen)
1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
6 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.
Chef's Tips:
If you have trouble blending, add a bit more liquid, a little at a time, until the blender runs smoothly.
