Here is how to make overnight oats; all you need is milk, yogurt, flavorings, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. It is great for a snack, breakfast, or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Stir the yogurt, milk, vanilla, and syrup together.
- Fold in the oats and chia seeds
- Fold in half of the fruit, reserving the other half for topping.
- Add to 2 serving bowls. Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the rest of the fruit. Serve and enjoy!
