Sour dough bread, smashed ripe avocado, aleppo pepper, and a fried egg make this sandwich a delicious and classic meal

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sour dough bread, grilled
  • 1/2 avocado, crushed into the bread
  • sprinkle of aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
  • 1 fried egg

Instructions

  1. Grill or toast the bread.
  2. Smash the avocado onto the bread.
  3. Season with aleppo or red pepper flakes
  4. Top with a fried egg. Cook one egg in a pan to your desired temperature.
  5. Serve immediately.
