18 MinHere is a healthier version of nachos using lean turkey and beef with beans and lots of veggies. It is easy to make. We cooked extra meat to use in another recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 cups nacho chips
- 2 cups cooked lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 avocado diced
Instructions
- Place the nachos on a half sheet pan. Top with cooked meat and drained beans. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Top all with the rest of the veggies.
- Serve immediately.
