Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew Coffee

Here is a delicious cold-brew coffee with cinnamon, spice, pumpkin and cream.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin
- pinch pumpkin pie spice (or use cinnamon and a little bit of ground cloves)
- 2 tablespoons cream
- ice cubes (3 large)
- 12 ounces cold brew coffee
Instructions
- Prepare cold brew coffee. Mix 1/3 cup of ground coffee with 1-1/2 cups of cold water. Allow to sit out overnight or store in refrigerator. Strain off the grounds using cheesecloth or a coffee filter. You can also make in a French Press. And finally you can also buy cold brew coffee.
- Mix the pumpkin with the spices in a small bowl.
- Use a frother to spin the pumpkin in 3 rings on a large bodega or other drinking glass.
- Add the remainder of the pumpkin/spice mixture to the cream. Froth it with the frother until thick.
- Add ice to the glass. Then pour in the cold brew coffee. Top with cream followed by a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Optional garnish: cinnamon stick.
