Black Friday Shopping List: Top 14 Kitchen Must-Haves

  1. InstaPot - great for grains, soups, stews, chicken and rice, chili, legumes.

  2. Air Fryer - great for fish, AirFries, Veggies, Air Fried Chicken Fingers

  3. Mandolin - great for slicing lots of vegetables - get a cut-proof glove to go with it

  4. Sharp Japanese Steel Knife - never dulls, don’t put it in the dishwasher

  5. Good Cutting Boards - buy a set of plastic ones that can go in the dishwasher, and get a wooden one to serve grazing boards

  6. Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven - for cooking everything from stews and soups to rice and one-pot meals. Hint: they last longer if you never put them in the dishwasher!

  7. Big colander for draining veggies and pasta

  8. Spoonula

  9. Vegetable Peeler

  10. Silicon sheet pan liner

  11. Good half sheet pans that are sturdy and durable for sheet pan meals

  12. Pasta bowls - large pasta bowls for pasta, bowl meals, and soups

  13. Set of mixing bowls in every size for easy meal prep

  14. Oven mitts - they wear out easily it is always time for new, safe, pretty ones
