Billing Policies for Premium Memberships
Payments and receipts
- All accounts are prepaid and activated once payment is received.
- To pay, select a membership option on the Join or Renew page.
- Billing is annual with auto-renewal, or monthly — depending on the plan you choose.
- Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your subscription won't renew, but your access continues until the paid period ends.
- Memberships are based on availability, not usage. Time already passed is not refundable, but you may cancel anytime and write to us for a refund on unused months.
- Auto-renewing plans are charged automatically. You'll get a notice before your subscription ends and can cancel anytime to stop the renewal. To do it yourself: log in (top right), open Member Menu, click Your Account, then View or cancel plans under Billing.
- Receipts are emailed immediately and are always available under Your Account in the Member Menu.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between free and premium content?
Our free content is a preview library anyone can view under "Free," including our free printable handout hub. Premium members get the full library — thousands of additional articles, handouts, PowerPoints, and recipes — plus new monthly content and a white-label newsletter. Professional and Gold members receive a license to distribute our content while their membership is active. Free and read-only material may not be shared with more than 15 people without written permission — just contact us to ask.
I want a handout but can't find it. Can you help?
Yes. First, check the free handout hub — new printables are added regularly. If it's not there, contact us and we'll help you find it or add it to our request list. A lot of what we make started as a request from someone in the field.
What if I had an account on the old system?
You keep everything. All of your time from the old system — and your auto-payments — remain up to date, applied to your new account, so you never lose any days. If your subscription lapsed, take out a new plan and use code GET15 to restore your old pricing.
How do I pay by check?
There's a link to a pay-by-check form on the Join or Renew page.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Under the Plans section of your account, click Join new plan or Change plan.
If I renew early, do I lose any days?
No. When you renew early, you keep all the days you already have plus all the days you purchase in your renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel yourself under Your Account → Billing → View or cancel plans, or contact us for help.
