Ingredients
- 3 cups nonfat plain yogurt (not Greek)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry jam or honey
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Paint the peanut butter in stripes inside 2 small glasses.
- Puree the strawberries and yogurt in a blender. Pour into the glasses and serve immediately.
