Lemon and Herb Grilled Trout in Pocket

Ingredients
- filets of 2 rainbow trout
- slices of 1 lemon
- Italian herb mix
- Fresh sliced basil
- 2 tablespoons tartar sauce
- Aluminum foil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Roll out one large piece of aluminum foil.
- Coat with the oil.
- Add the fish filets, skin side down
- Top the trout with the lemon slices and seasoning. Fold up the foil well leaving the seams on the top.
- Preheat the grill to 450 degrees.
- Cook the trout for 15 minutes until done.
- Pull off the grill and let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate with a spatula. We leave the skin on but you can take it off if you wish. Garnish with tartar sauce and shredded fresh basil.
