Simple, flavorful, and low in sodium, so you can slather it on!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, no added salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp molasses

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity (more honey or vinegar if needed).
